Wait time was reasonable. Mask protocol was observed. Pre-exam interview with PA was conducted professionally. Office was relatively well organized. Dr. Gressel was professional, attentive, personable, knowledgable. Office location was convenient. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
